Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara is one of the best known and most iconic safari destinations Africa has to offer! Blessed with stunning landscapes mixed with amazing sightings, it is a photographers and naturalist’s dream! The Maasai people, after whom the reserve is named, inhabit the surrounding areas. Village visits offer an insight into their traditional way of life, customs, and rituals.

Although great throughout the year, July to October is considered the peak season due to the incredible spectacle of the Great Migration. During this time it is advised to book well in advance.
