Lower Zambezi

The Lower Zambezi National Park is located in the southeastern parts of Zambia, boasting the Zambezi River and is a gem in Zambia’s tourism crown. The park was traditionally the private game reserve for Zambia’s president until the early 1980’s, meaning it was protected from mass tourism and remains relatively undeveloped.

 

Best time of year to visit would be the dry months between June and August.

South Luangwa
